Call me now option isnt working

Hello , I've been trying to contact amazon for about a week now & I have yet to have any luck getting to them. I've tried calling from the call me now option but it leads to no where.

When I try creating a case still I receive no call back nor do i receive an email on the situation.

If someone has a resolution or any help they could provide that would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem since June 18th. Please close the account try to do some other businesses
