HI

my account has been deactivated by relating to my friend account. as his account was deactivated due to amazon policy violation,

The reason of linkage between the accounts is using the same internet and laptop.

even we have used same authenticator app.

How can i reactivate my account? i appealed many times but in vain.

performance team asking for documentation so what type of documents i may provide to them in this case.

In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated, and due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.

Since you know the other account and the reason for the contact, you will need submit a plan of action stating the reason for the contact, how the contact took place, what measures you took address the issues, and how you will keep the contact from happening in the future. In this plan of action you will need to have a strong point of emphasis on the the root cause of the contact. These should feed directly into the preventative measures you will need to provide about how the contact will no longer take place going forward.

The other path here would be if your friend's account were to be reinstated, you may share that information to our appeals team in an attempt to get your account back up and running.
