Brand Registry enroll rejected by Bot and Appeal submited

Hi @Sandy_Amazon,

I recently submitted an appeal form for my brand registry application because it could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example, tax ID number or business ID number) provided at the time of submission. The application was rejected by the automated system within one minute of submission.

I then followed the appeal process and submitted the form again under case ID 17178798161. However, when I first submitted my application, the field for entering the business ID number did not allow me to include hyphens between the digits (e.g., 123456-7-203-2024), so I only entered 123456, which led to the automated rejection.

I am concerned that my application was rejected due to this unintentional formatting issue. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and thanks for the case ID. Currently, the appeal is still in progress and is being investigated. A decision has not been rendered on this particular case. I do not anticipate the hyphens being the sole reason for an appeal rejection IF the appeal is in fact rejected. I will be able to "See," more once the investigation is complete.

Hopefully, you wont need further assistance and your appeal will be accepted, but if you do have any other questions; please feel free to ask them on this thread.
