Amazon deactivated account due to inactiveness
Hi
I got an email last night saying that amazon deactivated my account due to inactiveness, i dont understand as how it was inactive when i just registered my brand last week. They asked for documents for verification which ive sent, but they rejected it saying that the county of origin does not match to the country i selected when registered.
I am a south african citizen and have a store in usa. kindly assist me to reactivate my account

Are they asking for a business license or a piped utility bill? You have to have one of these for verification purposes that match to what you used to sign up your Amazon account with.

Upon review of your case I see the concerns related to the country of origin. This along with you mentioning being a South African citizen, what did you use when you registered the account originally? When you provided your documentation, were they addressed to the location used to register the store? If no, do you have additional documentation to verify what was used to register the store?
