USPS Retail Ground Problem
It was my understanding that USPS First Class Mail would no longer be an option for merchant fulfilled orders and that USPS Retail Ground would replace it starting July 9th. Why then does the Retail Ground not show as an option when we purchase our shipping and First Class is still there? I've opened a case with seller help and gone back and forth with them with no help.

Because Amazon always drops the ball on this type of thing and is very slow and messes up the implantation sometimes, too, such as when they were charging a $15 length charge instead of the $7 length charge on Parcel Select until I finally got them to fix that. It's just par for the course with Amazon. I knew ahead of time that it wouldn't go smoothly here at Amazon but would everywhere else.
