FBA removal order shipment is switcheroo, but support is not able to help us reimburse

We were expecting a FBA removal order's shipment of 14 items, but it returned as a switcheroo of a different company's pallet.

The seller's support keeps asking for a packing slip which is not found alone with the pallet, and will not help us reimburse anything after multiple support tickets.

Any help is appreciated!
