8000 out of 10,000 units stuck at FC processing for 30 days, need HELP ASAP!

Dear support,

We have been selling on amazon Japan for 8 years. Suddenly out of no where, on June 28th, 2024, we received this message from amazon.

アマゾンでは、賞味/消費期限のある商品のASINを作成する場合は、法令およびポリシーに基づき正確な情報提供の遵守をお願いしているところ、販売事業者様がAmazonフルフィルメントセンターに納入され、現在出品されている商品に関して、賞味期限の表記等、適用法令が遵守されておらず、賞味/消費期限のある商品にかかるポリシー、ひいては出品者利用規約および出品者行動規範に違反している可能性がございます。

現在Amazonにおいて納入された商品の調査を実施しており、調査が完了するまでの間、販売事業者様が出品されている期限管理が必要な商品の販売を停止させて頂きます。

調査の結果、追加の確認事項や対応が必要な場合にはおってご連絡をさせて頂きます。

なお、本件が手違いによるものとお考えの際には、本ケースにご返信ください。

After this email, we noticed all of our items that required expiration input suddenly switched from active status to reserved or FC processing status. After this date, we continue to send shipment to amazon Japan FC center. new items would arrive as active for 1-2 weeks and then switch to reserved status and become unsellable again. This issue is significantly impacting our sales in the month of July 2024. We have perfect account health score at 320 points and perfect feedback. All of our products are hot selling product and there is no reason why they would suddenly reserved it and make them unsellable. This is affecting almost all of our ASINs and even ASIN that dont required expiration input are now stuck at FC processing for over 30 days.

WE contacted amazon technical support on multiple occasions and they only give the generic definition of what FC processing is, which we already know, and do not respond with a real resolution. They kept telling us to refer back to this CASE ID 2796162533 which we did but no one on this case ID responds to our message for over 1 month now.

Can some technical support assist us here to transfer all of our reserved status or FC processing status ASIN back to active?

文面から推測してのレス致します

ご存じだと思いますが、海外食品など賞味期限品は日本国内法律で

輸入元/賞味期限とか日本語表記(シール貼付けなど)が必須でございます

JAN/EAN混合在庫登録品と違うFNSKUシール管理品と同じように1個ずつに表記が必要でございます

FBA細則は見ておりませんが、商品や納品時の状況によりアマゾン側の判断により廃棄されることもあるそうです

今回の物が缶詰など以外の袋物や期限近い物でしたら、もしかするとあるのかもしれません、倉庫でもいつまでも不備品を保管しておきことは難しいと思われます

↑、の件でなければスルーしてください、それとも賞味期限関係ない商品とのことで単なる行方不明捜査でしょうか

既にご覧いただいていると思いますがアマゾンルールです、必要なければ読まなくて構いません

Expiration-dated product attributesz

  • On this policy page there is a section of Expiration-dated product definition - All products with an expiration date are considered expiration dated. Expiration-dated products also include any product that has a shelf life, or that loses effectiveness with time, even if an expiration date is not indicated on the product or its packaging.

Date and Temperature Sensitive Products

  • Please read through the PDF file provided on that page.

Is it possible to visually check the expiration date or consumption date while the product is being delivered to the Fulfillment center?

I strongly recommend to check your listings which is already in FBA are following above Food and Safety policy.

Once you have checked your inventory, and if those items are following the policy you may attempt to appeal from the account health page.

If you are having difficulty resolving the issue, please share with us the contents of the performance notice, error message, or violated items ASIN so that we can provide more specific support.

Alternatively, please visit the “Help” and “Get Support” pages of Seller Central. From there you can select the appropriate section or “My problem is not listed” and follow the prompts to create a question.
