Do you have a former buyer that was not happy? If so it's possible they have intentionally put in an order with a bad card number to tie up your inventory.
Report the issue and do a screen grab of the message to show that it might be buyer abuse.

Its a replacement. The buyer did not read the instructions when submitting a replacement order. This order will only clear pending status when they use the prepaid return label that was provided.
9/10 Customers do not understand they need to ship the item back first; will let these replacement orders sit wondering where their replacement is. These will pend for 7 days before being auto cancelled by Amazon

Wouldn't it be nice is Amazon followed eBay's lead and does NOT put YOUR inventory on "hold" pending payment. Once paid eBay reduces your inventory count - the RIGHT way to do business.
