Aftered contacted with amazon for 60 days, my ASIN are still classfied as hazmat which contains lithium battery in equipment. BUT there is no battery in these ASIN. These ASIN are not hazmat.
ID 15237517311: Product B0C*****3 B****2 is currently classified as a regulated and saleable dangerous goods.This product's future shipments must be sent to Amazon Operations Center, which can store dangerous goods.
ID 15174652931: I requested to open the package of these ASINS to check there are no battery in the package on 2024/05/06, but they did not check the package and did not helped me at all until today. Today is 06/05/2024. I will never trust case 15174652931.
ID 15174446311: Product B****72 has been confirmed to belong to the hazardous material category containing lithium batteries. The seller supports that it is not possible to request the warehouse to open the box for inspection. We also need you to provide 6 pictures of the ASIN and ensure that battery information is provided. My question is there is no battery in these ASIN, I CAN NOT PROVIDE battery information, WHY AMAZON DRIVE ME TO PROVIDE BATTERY INFORMATION??? There is no battery in these ASIN. I do not know how to provide battery information when I saw the reply from case ID 15174446311.

The answer that my colleague, Bryce, has provided in your original thread right here is correct - the Dangerous Goods team is reviewing the documents in order to determine whether or not they are regulated as Dangerous Goods (Hazmat). I know it's not ideal to hear, but we are unable to expediate this review process.
