'Product Description' is required but not supplied.

Hi, I keep getting this message "'Product Description' is required but not supplied." even though I have a description in the box and less than 2000 characters...etc, and the description and the bullet points do not show on my listing?..!!!

anyone knows why is this happening? and how to fix this?

I'm receiving this error as well on a product that I have been selling for ten years. I made a couple of modifications to my description and resubmitted. Hopefully that works.

Hello @Seller_rlBj3GY1JaI24- Danny from Amazon here, I'd like to assist if possible. Is this a listing that already existed in Amazon's catalog, or a brand new listing? If it's one that already existed, you will likely need to reach out to seller support to request the change be made.

Are you and @Seller_mNGZ4EnTooD1nstill seeing this issue after re-submission?
