Brand registry case closed, cannot re-apply

Hello,

I would like to know the reason for the rejection of the brand registration and hope to have a new opportunity. I have complete brand authorization documents.

When I attempted to re-apply, it appears that the brand is still under reviewing. That means I cannot create a new registry with the same brand name.

This is my new store and brand, but I am unable to register the brand "Sungale" on my account normally. Whenever I submit a brand registration application, I am informed of account/brand abuse. I have never used a brand on my account, so I am certain that there has been no abuse of my account/brand. So I need your help, please help me complete the brand registration.
