Amazon shipping someone else's product as mine - all refunds

Hello - I am having a big problem with Amazon shipping a wrong product (not mine) under my SKU. I have lost multiple orders and now all orders have dropped off completely due to poor customer satisfaction. Amazon keeps telling me to "relabel" the wrong product. They can seem to grasp that it's not mine. They don't know where my product is and I keep getting a NEW person every time I follow up on the issue.

Anyone have this problem? Is there any way to get a single person to deal with the issue all the way through? I am now losing money and have no sales due to this issue.

Thanks for taking the time to post! This certainly sounds like a frustrating issue, I'll be glad to look into this further. Do you have the case number for the most recent Seller Support case on this issue? I'd like to investigate what has been done on this already, and see if there are options to escalate internally.
