Not eligible to sell a product even though both brand authorization letter and invoice are provided

Hi,

I would like to sell Mimitakra's products. I was asked to provide either a brand authorization letter or invoice when filing the application. However, the support team has rejected me couple times even though both documents are provided and all conditions are made.

Has anyone encountered this issue before and can provide any advices on how to resolve this issue?

Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you!

I am once again rejected by the Amazon support when both LOA and invoice are provided. The Amazon support did not tell me why the rejection. Can anyone from the Amazon support team help me out? Thank you!

I've reviewed your previous cases and application and I can confirm that the team is not going to be able to provide you additional information on why your application was denied. I apologize for any difficulties this creates.

You may want to work with the brand again as their response "to add us and their request was declined because they use vendor central instead of seller central" is not accurate, the fact that they use Vendor Central should have no impact on their ability to add you to their Brand Registry.

You should work with your Brand and Distributor to try to determine why the documents are not being accepted and ensure that the contact information for the supplier and brand are accurate on all documentation.

If Yes, then after adding us in the brand Registry as Registered Agent, Selling Application restrictions for the particular brand will be removed from our account ?

They should be able to add you by reaching out to Brand Support directly to get assistance to add you as a Registered Agent in the brand registry. It should resolve the issue with your application however you will also want to review the documentation as if the documentation is not clear to reviewers it might have issues in the future. 2) The selling application restrictions will be removed automatically or do we or Brand need to follow a certain procedure ? like after adding us as REGISTERED AGENT, need to open a case with brand registry once again?

Please answer the above two queries so that we may communicate with brand accordingly.

I have resubmitted a new LOA that we believe should meet the requirement. However, the support replied with the following message "You have provided an un-acceptable document. We are unable to accept retail receipts, online order confirmations, packing slips, sales orders, pro-forma invoices, or sales quotes for approval."

The document I submitted was a LOA and not the document that was mentioned in the message. Should I include the point of contact of the brand so the support team can contact the agent directly?

In general if you are added as a registered agent you should be able to list the products without issue. However, it may require additional documentation as there are many different types of restrictions on Amazon and the Brand Registry may resolve some issues, however proof of inventory may be required in the future.

The review teams can only reply with preapproved legal messaging and as such they won't be able to provide specialized messaging. In order to review the team will need valid and approved invoices from the distributor/manufacturer in order to proceed with the application. You can reach out to the Brand to get insight into what might be wrong with your documentation, however Amazon will not be able to provide further detail. I apologize for the difficulties this creates.
