Shipment Perpetual Recieving - Date Keep Changing

My shipment of 440 units to amazon was delivered to the Amazon warehouse destination on March18th. It was immediately split up and distributed to multiple fulfillment centers. I was given a date when "Amazon will confirm the receipt of all units in your shipment" in early April and after that date I should be able to open an investigation. I planned to open an investigation except the date changed so I can't. It has now changed 3 more times with the current date on the 28th of this month. I am quickly running out of inventory and expect to be empty in about a week or less. Support only tells me to wait. Is my shipment lost? Has anybody been through this that can verify my inventory will eventually show up somewhere?

What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment

TaylorR put together the above guide for sellers experiencing issues with their FBA shipments. The process does take time and there can be delays in products being made available for sale, especially during peak periods and when inventory is transferred to other fulfillment centers. This can include extensions of the reconciliation date.

This page explains how to check if your shipment is eligible for investigation, and how to use the shipment reconciliation tool to identify and resolve any discrepancies between what is listed in your shipping plan and what is received at the fulfillment center.
