BuyBox problem

I am writing to request that my account be reviewed and that Buy Box eligibility be restored for my store. My account currently meets all BuyBox criteria and my ODR score is 0, but I do not have BuyBox in my account. I need your help. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
