There are HUNDREDS of sellers on Amazon getting suspended for IP violations or just going broke trying to ride the "customized t-shirts" train. Before you go any further, do yourself a favor and spend 2-3 hours in the forum, reading posts.

Since you asked about Brand Registry, please take a look at the Brand Services site. The next areas to look at are the eligibility requirements and the FAQ sections which are both linked in the top right corner.
There are definitely some nuances to this like @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIalluded to. For example, if you are printing customized shirts with a logo or brand that you are not the Trademark owner for, you will need to have a letter of authorization to avoid listing suppressions or IP violations. For references on this, I recommend the Amazon Brand Name Policy help page and the Letter of Authorization help page.
