No help from Customer Service with Refunds
I have lost 800 dollars with refunds due to delays with USPS. The customers have filed for refunds rightly so because their order got delayed a week. The approval for the refund goes through instantly and I have filed Safe T Claims but since the shipping was not bought through amazon it has been no use. 3 of these refunds have been issued and the customer has the item and gets to keep the refund. Everytime I call amazon support I get the same unhelpful response of "Open Safe-T Claim" which I have done and they all get denied. I feel like crying right now since I have lost so much money purchasing the product, shipping it and all of that effort just for the customer to receive the item for free. Has anyone been able to solve this or get any help?? I would like it if I could at LEAST get the items that I sent back. If anyone please has any information about what I can do other I would greatly appreciate it

Is there a reason you aren't using buy shipping from Amazon?

Well, if it's delivered late, and you're using a time guarantee service, you would file an insurance claim through the carrier for late delivery. This isn't Amazon's or the customer's fault.
Also, why would the customers send the items back after they finally received them?
