Receiving a 'we believe the main image has non-pure white background' error and unable to list - tried Photoshop and to remove the background - help!
I'm receiving the classic "We believe the main image has non-pure white background which is not permitted for this product type. Please submit a compliant image to lift the suppression. Also refer to Product image requirements."
I've tried every variation imaginable (black background, remove background and object only remains, photoshop to brighten the white background etc). Any suggestions? I am not able to list until I fix this error. Thanks!

You need the white background to be the 255:255:255 white. There are a lot of apps that remove the background and replace it with that one.
