0% buy box
I just started my Amazon account a few weeks ago. My account is perfectly fine and healthy. I got sales my first day ,shipped out all orders on time. As of right now, I have 0% buy box on all my products when they are in within price of competitors and some even say featured offer.
I am super confused on what to do and I am hearing a bunch of different responses. Someone help me thank you

Amazon does not guarantee that any seller is selected for the Featured Offer. In general, Amazon cannot provide details on the Featured Offer or the Featured Offer eligibility. However, if you provide your most recent case ID from contacting Support I can see what information I can provide.
