Listing Restricted
Context:
I am brand registered and only sell two products on Amazon. One of my listings was removed on May 8th due to it being restricted for language in my product description. Mind you - I haven't updated anything on my listing in over 6 months. No worries - I called support and figured out what language was the issue and updated the product description. For some reason the product description wasn't updating so I called support again and they told me I COULDNT update the product description because it was restricted. So my listing is restricted because of language that I can't update because its restricted. Make that make sense????
I called support AGAIN. They told me now I have to delete the listing and go to stranded inventory and create a new listing and it would be fixed. I did this but now the new listing isn't showing. So my product is deleted and I can't create a new listing. My listing has now been down for 2 days and I have no idea how to fix this.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

"Restricted for language"?? Never heard. Was your listing in the wrong language? If yes, please explain.
A product can be restricted in a specific market place because of an issue with the language on the label. So what was the real problem in your case? What market place? What language?
that was completely wrong. If you created a NEW listing you have to send NEW products with a NEW FNSKU. The products laying in an Amazon warehouse are now stranded because you deleted that listing, of course!
Go "Add product", take your "old" ASIN and your deleted listing will appear how you left it. Then your listing will go active again (maybe you have to click "relist" under "Stranded inventory").
Now, nobody knows if this relisted listing will be "restricted for language" again. The best is to copy and paste here the original email coming from Amazon informing you about this restriction.

Good Morning @Seller_OjINc0thCFQ3G,
I just wanted to stop by and see if I could be of some assistance. To edit a listing, even if it's removed, you can try and follow these steps:
- First try to manually change the information by going to Manage All Inventory > Selecting the ASIN > Edit Listing and Save the changes
- If the changes do not take in step one, upload a category specific partial flat file with the information you need to add or subtract from your detail page.
- If you run into any errors or the changes did not reflect after waiting 24 hours, then create a new case to Selling Partner Support and be sure to reference the batch ID you tried uploading the day before.
If you have done all of this already and the issue still is not resolved, please share your latest CASE ID filed with Support and we can go ahead and take a look to see what next steps can be taken. Looking forward to hearing back from you again soon.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
