Seller Central won't let me update Item Name
Under the "Product Identity" tab -> "Item Name" for my ASIN, I am receiving this error message: "Value for 'item_name' is longer than the allowed maximum (200 characters)"
But when I plug the title it into a word processor, it says it's only 93 characters. I can't get this message to go away no matter what I try.
Any idea what I can do here? TYIA.

Have you tried updating the title via a flat file upload?

Hey there @Seller_Tq7YZWsKBQYCI- thanks for asking this question here on forums! I would echo the suggestion of the other seller in the thread in that sometimes a file upload can help information flow through the Amazon ecosystem more smoothly. Have you tried that approach yet?
If not, it might become necessary to start a case with seller support for more technical assistance.
