Customer Review/Product Review Removal - 2 Community guidelines breaches

Text: "Package and item arrived damaged and it could not be refunded or replaced..."
I request removal for 2 reasons. The review focuses on:
- Ordering issues and returns
- Product condition and damage
Reason 1: focuses on "Ordering issues and returns":
- Customer claims "could not be refunded or replaced"
- This product is FBA sold/fulfilled
- This is breach of Community Guidelines because it discusses "Ordering issues and returns"
It is also false:
- Amazon FBA allows this
- There is no record of a request for refund or replacement (this is a FBA sale)
Reason 2: focuses on "Product condition and damage"
- Customer's writes that "Package and item arrived damaged"
- This product is FBA sold/delivered and was not damaged in when accepted into inventory
- This breaches Community Guidelines because it discusses "Product condition and damage"
- The review itself has photos of damaged product packaging at center top (first photo) and this has resulted in a damaged product (second photo)

May you please assist in removing this review. I have already reported it (twice), messaged the customer twice (no response) tried seller support (no help, they said they can not help) and emailed community-help at amazon.com (twice)
