Inventory age value defaulting to 365+ for active products that is impacting sell through rate calculations.
Inventory page showing wrong Inventory age and sell through rate for all the active products.
Till yesterday overall sell through rate was around 1.6 but from this morning it has gone down to zero. And for all the products it is showing negative sell through rate and also all the products inventory age is showing as 365 days +
Looks like a bug on inventory age value calculation(defaulting to 365 days+) that is affecting sell through rate calculations.
Have already logged case with seller central but wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this issue ? And has managed to get it fixed ?

Yes exactly same thing happened to me. It said I sold 0 products in past 90 days and dropped my sell through rate to 0. Also going on inventory beside each ASIN it suggested I create a removal order.
I raised a case and they correct the sell through rate.
Yet it was a nasty surprise to log in and see this error

Hi @Seller_FJ4qkPdOjpNB1 ,
Thank you for your post.
Are you still facing this issue? If so, can you share me the case ID when you contacted Seller Support?

Can you find a solution?
Amazon does not help sellers. He doesn't even listen to them
