Main Image Missing Error Message - Case opened for over a week
I have two ASINS that let me upload the images and save but then the listing is suppressed with the message "The main image is missing. Please submit a compliant image to lift the suppression. Also refer to Product image requirements." The images are compliant in size, background, etc... I just keep getting the runaround with this case. One person will say you can fix it with a flat file upload - doesn't work, another says images can only be jpegs and tifs - we made sure it was jpegs - doesn't work, the next agent said "try loading as a png", one agent said they could not respond to our case because we are a brand and only brand registry can reply but you can not talk on the phone to them, brand registry has responded 3 different times with 3 different answers -nothing worked, a few agents have said it is a system error or glitch so they have to send to another department but nothing gets resolved. The case has been opened for over a week - no resolution. I opened a second separate case for it - nothing worked. I just keep getting the complete runaround where it is just passed from one department to the next.
My questions are:
How do I get a hold of someone at Amazon who will actually fix the problem?
or
Has anyone had this problem before and were able to fix it themselves?
