Cannot reactivate my Seller account

Hi,

I am stumped on how to re-activate my seller account, heres my situation;

- I started a seller account in 2022 with email address A and my old maiden name, it was then deactivated because I didn't provide enough verification documents - so it stayed de-activated.

- 2023 I started a new seller account with email address B and my new married name. This account was also deactivated because I already had a seller account and this was a violation to have two accounts.

- Last week I tried to re-activate my first account, and had a video verification with an Amazon agent but this was rejected as my old passport with my maiden name has been cut at the sides (because it is not valid and my name has changed). As my name has changed I have no way of re-activating my primary account but then I cannot re-activate my new account without my primary one being active first.

I cannot delete or access any of my two seller accounts and obviously cannot start a new account so what am I suppose to do?

Looking for some advice on how I can get in touch with an actual person to verify my identity and help me access my accounts.

As you mention, if you cannot reactivate the first account, you will be unable to reactivate the second account. Have you attempted to provide any other documents or pieces of information?
