I need help uploading products purchased online, I feel frustrated
Hello good evening, I feel frustrated because I don't know why the products I want to upload are being rejected. The purchase was made online and it is with the names of my company and address. Everything matches and I still don't understand. I bought 10 products of each different scent. Please I need your help and collaboration to be able to find out what I am doing wrong specifically. I will be aware of every detail. And thank you in advance.

Are they branded products? Do you have permission from the brand to sell those products on Amazon?

This is a DUPLICATE THREAD! STOP IT!

That part is simple -- you print them out and then you SCAN and save them so they are in pdf format.
NOW the hard part.

Since it appears that you are buying things on line and getting email confirmations, are you buying from legitimate AUTHORIZED wholesalers where you had to provide your tax exempt number OR are you buying from a customer facing website that anyone can buy from?
Unless you were asked for your tax exemption and business license you have RECEIPTS and not invoices.
Read the following carefully --
There are two important questions that you need to address these days for selling on Amazon – get it right the first time since Amazon has become even MORE unforgiving than in the past!
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?
If you don't already have these in place you are probably going to have stranded inventory and a suspended account.
For any rookies out there reading this, please take the following steps so you don't end up suspended!

Obviously you didn't learn HOW selling on amazon has to be done. go in seller central, scroll down, find "Seller University", take 4-5 weeks of intense learning. You are VERY lucky that the system didn't allow you to list these products. If you were successfull your account would have been suspended forever.
To list ANY brand you need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.
