Shipment delivered to CLT2 but STILL not checked in after 30+ days
I have a shipment that was delivered to CLT2 over 30 days ago. It has still not been checked in. I tried numerous times to open a case but I continue to receive generic responses and nothing is getting done.
Has anyone else had a shipment sit at CLT2 for this long and not get checked in yet? I'm wondering if I should write this off and take the huge loss (1000pcs shipment) of if there's any hope that it'll get checked in (and received) at some point.
To make matters worse, I'm currently preparing 2 shipments and Amazon is forcing me to ship them to CLT2. No thanks. I'll wait for another warehouse rather than have 2 disappear for over one month, or possibly forever.

Im having the same issue with 4 shipments to CLT2, all were delivered on 19/4 and all stuck in delivered status.
Have you had any update on yours?

I have the same issue!!
I have 3 shipments delivered to CLT2. All have been delivered 4 and 5 weeks ago.
All very simple 1 box, 1 ASIN shipments.
I don't want to alarm you but this morning I got a message for 1 of these shipment saying Amazon deleted and abandoned it...
I just created a thead as well... hopefully it doesn't mean I completely lost the shipment.

We also have approximately 8 parcels that were not processed after being delivered to the same warehouse. 15 days have passed. What is your latest status regarding this process?
