Shipping with DHL to Amazon Fulfillment Center
Hello.
I sell on amazon with FBA, so from time to time i need to fil the inventory. Usually i do this via Amazon partnered carrier, so amazon gives me te shipping label. however this is not an option now and i need to use DHL. when i start creating the form for the shipment i choose Non-Amazon partnered carrier and choose DHL. Amazon provides the shipping adress, (Amazon Fulfillment Center LBE1) but nothing more. I also need phone and email for the receiver. how do you deal with that? Thanks!

I see you already reached out to our Seller Support team (Case ID 18031779341) and they advised to contact DHL. This response is correct. DHL, as a professional carrier, with an already linked Carrier Account with Amazon, should be able to get this information to complete your shipment.
