FBA Send To Amazon (STA) not allowing selection of carrier since about Noon EST on 4/9 -- anyone having this issue?
Having issues with completing FBA shipments starting around noon EST today.
Seems to be related to Hazmat and shipments that are larger than Amazon Partnered Carrier UPS.
Anyone having this issue?

I am having the same issue, it's only books for me I have called them several times and they have not acknowledged that is an issue on their end
I can't select a shipping carrier, partnered or non partnered carrier is the same.
Seller support as always is not helping at all

Has anyone been able to get a solution for this?
I have opened a case on Amazon but they keep telling me to log off then log back in using a different browser and that it will solve the problem.

UPDATE:
The issues seems to have been fixed for NEW shipments converted to STA today (* SO FAR) however all of the seven shipment we created yesterday are still stuck and cannot be completed.
So the problem causing the issue seems to be resolved but the fix for previously failed shipments has not been fixed.

Do you use a Marketplace Web Service (MWS) API or Amazons own system to create the shipments?

For those having this issue -- how do you create your shipments? We use the SP-API then "Convert to Send to Amazon" within the desktop browser.

same problem here. It's 3 split shipments all boxed up and ready to send. Just need shipping labels. I don't know if I should delete the workflows and try again. I don't want to have to unbox and repack if the items aren't split the same. But it's been 3 days and I can't send in my items. Amazon support has not been able to help, but my case is still pending.
I list with Accelerlist and then go to Amazon and convert it to an API.
