ERROR 5461 How to solve this error?

Hi

I need help with this issue. I received this email from AMAZON. I have sended all the documents and images to the Amazon to resolve this issue but still it's not resolved. I have bought GTiNs code from GS1. I also sended the GS1 certificate to Amazon. But still no progress. So, please help me to solve this issue.

We request you to create a new appeal providing real life (physical) images of the product that clearly shows the barcode along with the UPC, and brand.

(Please note: gibberish/alphanumeric/only alphabetical number provided {Example : %FDH@@$%/50XB2357UJ8/THJDLJDVDMDOH}, ASIN or SKU are not considered as UPC)

You may include multiple images to ensure that all the required information is captured. Note: We do not accept GS1 certificates or any other documents as valid proof to validate UPC.

I had similar issue in "Urinal Accessory" category.

I bought the UPC barcode from GS1 but amazon is giving same reason that "Also, as per our system of records the UPC owner and Brand do not relate although I bought gs1 barcode".

Which doesn't make sense as it can easily be verified from GS1.org.

@Rose_Amazon, can you please have a look.
