Bran tailored promotion not working..
Hello, we are not sure why we get this message, "You are not yet eligible for this audience. Check eligibility requirements."
It says "Sent 10 or more customer engagement campaigns with at least 1000 total emails sent over the last 10 campaigns. Average opt out to click rate less than 1% over the last 10 customer engagement campaigns"
How can we have sent 10 campaigns if we are not eligible to make one? Thanks in advance for the help!

Thanks for the post here! This appears to be a Brand Tailored Promotions, Customer Engagement, brand followers, Promotions related concern. A brand owner is eligible for any given audience if a given audience has 100 or more customers in the audience size. For instance, if you have 91 customers in audience size for followers, that particular audience is ineligible. Additionally, there should be a Learn More or Check Eligibility link next to the text You are not yet eligible for this audience. Additionally, this help page offers additional details regarding Brand Tailored Promotions. This is where you may learn more about why you its considering you ineligible. Additionally, if this still appears to not explain the message you're seeing, you will want to take the first step to reach out to Seller Support via a case so they can review additional details of this setup.
