Re-authentication page information can not be modified, please help me!
My first authentication failed, and now I have an entry for the second authentication. The enterprise information displayed after clicking in is wrong, but it cannot be modified. My account as the same yours. The information I submitted was updated, but the page where account verification failed still displays the old information. It cannot be modified
I resubmitted the document and failed again. I suspect that the old information was not updated by Amazon, causing the new information not match. I called to Amazon and opened many cases but no one deal with my problems.
