During the FCC ID review period, some of our products were marked as defective by the audit department, but after our products were successfully reviewed, ASIN was restored to sale. However, the defective marks have not been removed. And force removal every day. We are very clear that our product quality is fine because each product is inspected before shipment. Request assistance in resuming products available for sale.

Often if a seller sends inventory of a brand without having a "Letter of Authorization" these units go to "defective". But it could also be a not correctly sealed polybag, missing or not scannable FNSKU or anything else.
