DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT NEEDS HELP!!
Can anyone help me with this deactivation?
Feb 13, 2023: Setup US marketplace
Feb 13, 2023: Completed Seller Identity Verification US
Feb 19, 2023 - April 29, 2023: 312 orders shipped (FBM)
April 28, 2023 - May 19, 2023: 136 orders shipped (FBA)
May 6, 2023: Set up UK marketplace account.
May 8, 2023: UK market deactivated for verification
May 8, 2023: Selected date for video verification
May 19, 2023: US market deactivated - Section 3 violation - Multiple accounts
May 25, 2023: Received Video Verification call details
June 15, 2023: completed my video call and emailed all requested documents to seller-activations. ( Driver License, Visa credit card and current bank statement )
June 17, 2023: After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe that your account may have been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store. As a result, your account will not be reactivated
June 23, 2023: We may not respond to further emails about this issue

It sounds like from your timeline that your account was deactivated due to multiple account policy.
You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
- You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
- You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
- You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
