FBA Fulfillment Fee Rebate on Ship to Amazon

I have been sending out shipments to cover the upcoming holiday sales and been noticing a Amazon Fulfillment Fee Rebate when I select the single destination but more expensive shipment option. It sends to NJ which is far more expensive but shows fulfillment fee rebates that are definitely worth it. How do we view these fulfillment fee rebates to make sure we are receiving them? I know where to view our rebates for shipping x amount of product XX day, but do not know where to view these.

Fulfillment Fee Rebates are applied as a credit against the FBA Pick and Pack fee. If a rebate covers the entire fulfillment fee, the line item will not appear for that order.

Our partner team is still working on tools to make these rebates more visible to sellers in Seller Central, but at this time the process is still manual.

Please check the below instructions to check your FBA orders for potential rebates.

Anybody received any discounts? This smells of a class action.

I was promised over $600 in discounts and could never find any of the traces of them in the account. Contacting seller support I received three different answers:

1. Same instructions to dig into individual orders at the transaction level view - never found any discounts. When asked support rep to refer me to a single order that received the discount the answer changed to

2. My shipments don't qualify for the rebate because that is for destinations on the west cost and I shipped to PA. When I explained that the destination was Amazon's suggested and I just agreed to it the answer changed to

3. The shipments don't qualify because they needed to be delayed to be in a certain time window. I then pointed to the to the screenshots of the offers asking to point me to the part that requested the time delay

That finally broke the chat into incoherent bombarding me on the loop with repeated cut-n-paste blocks of the same nonsense peppered with understanding/concern/regret.
