Amazon is not respecting my Order handling capacity

Losses and losses of money for more than 3 month, in extra labor is having my business due to Amazon frequently not respecting the set Order handling capacity

I sell customized products and I have a limited capacity to ship orders per day, but the system is constantly not respecting this as I have up to 3 times more orders to ship than my set capacity in my account.

I have already opened many cases and I don't know how to express my frustration anymore.

I am coming to think that amazon support is a scam. After making you wait a long time, they answer you with nonsense or a really amazing level of incompetence that forces you to explain everything over and over again.

Then they transfer the case several times and I have tried up to 3 hours explaining the same thing several times so that finally even transferring the case to specialized team, the cases are closed without solution and without any answer.

The same thing happens again for tomorrow. My capacity is 16 order per day and I have more than 40 orders with the same shipping date.

This is a complete lack of respect.

If we do not comply with the rules, we are punished, stripped of benefits, suffer deactivation of our accounts in some cases even inability to withdraw our money.

But if Amazon does not respect our business, not even complying with its own rules, what happens? It doesn't take any responsibility, not even a solution to its own problem.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to share some additional info on this. I took a look at the case 16656910131 and can see seller support did investigate, and their findings were correct.

According to our investigation the way that order handling capacity works is that once the 16 order limit is reached, orders with Same Day Handling Time, 1 Day Handling Time or 2 Day Handling time will be extended to the next available shipping day.

So for example this Custom Order that you provided ending in 7047 its has a purchase date of Sat, Nov 9, 2024 and the Ship by date is Wed, Nov 13, 2024 PST to Thu, Nov 14, 2024 meaning that the rule is working as intended.
