Inventories were received in warehouse - SLC2, but not getting scan? anyone?

My carrier already send my inventories to SLC2 in Jan 7, but the shipment statue keep showing it In Transit. I called the seller partner support and they said the warehouse already received them but not scan yet. I asked them if they have any information about when did the warehouse received my inventories and how many, they don't have any for it. I don't understand, if they did not scan my inventories yet, how did they know my products already received by the warehouse? and why it take so long to scan those received products?
