Submission id, error 8572 ,GTIN/UPC invalid

hello Everyone i am facing this error for almost now one week just wasting time with seller support every time i open the case they close the case without solving the issue stiill receiving the 8572 error even i have submitted GS1 certificates a lot of time but not worth to send they just keep asking the submission id and differrent kind of details the latest case id 14487246071 which is showing answered rightnow but never got a solution
