Yes. They will push for anything sent FBM to get there in the same two days as FBA products now. It looks like the push is on to only have FBA sellers and only larger companies and brands as those sellers. When you can't meet the 90% or above delivery promise they will deactivate you.

Dominic from Amazon here. There is no push to costly options the thing Buy Shipping will always take in is do the shipping methods provide the customer with the product within the promised time. Additionally you always have the ability to buy shipping outside of Amazon if you prefer.
