Counter Notice DMCA
I filed a DMCA counter-notification on January 18th and it was approved on January 23rd. The email said that the process could take up to 16 days. During this time, I have not been sued, but it has been 40 days since the counter-notification was accepted and my asin has not been restored, nor have I received any notification emails

It can be rather stressful to have your listing removed for a copyright complaint, but more so concerning that the listing has been pending action for 40+ days now.
