Amazon is not giving me any other options after my account was suspended.
My account was suspended over a year ago because I couldn’t provide invoices for a product I had sold. I used to work with assistants I met in a Facebook group, and they were the ones managing my account. I trusted them, assuming they knew Amazon’s policies better than I did.
However, when Amazon requested invoices for one of my products, they failed to provide the original documents. As a result, Amazon flagged the product as counterfeit and blocked my funds. I acknowledge my mistake, but Amazon has continued to request the same invoice—one that I have been unable to obtain for over a year.
This was my first account suspension. After researching possible solutions, I was advised to submit a Plan of Action, which I did. However, the Account Health representatives keep asking for the same invoices without offering any alternative solutions.
Do you have any suggestions?

Your title says it correctly: "Amazon is not giving me any other options".
And that's it. Since you can't proove the authenticity of your products providing a valuable supply chain you will not be able to reactivate your account. On Amazon everybody has ONE chance in a lifetime.

Amazon has been extremely clear lately that in cases of IP/inauthentic claims, the ONLY way to resolve the issue it to provide the required documents. There are no alternative solutions. Without proper documents, you are done selling on Amazon.
