Certificate of Insurance keeps being rejected

Hello Friends, looking for your help.

I have been rejected 5 times from Amazon’s system when I have uploaded a certification of insurance which worked last year.

Reasons behind a decline:

-- Your policy does not cover your sales through the Amazon.com store.

-- Your policy does not cover your sales through the Amazon.com store or specifically provide coverage in the USA jurisdiction.

How can I make the system to accept it?

Outcome is that if within 30 days its not provided then store will be de-activated. I have until the 18th and are not able to get approved.

When I have tried making a case about their response is to submit document through portal.

Do I write to Jeff to have this escalated?
