Anyone else tired of seeing this message when units are missing from a shipment and they won’t allow you to submit an investigation? I’ve contacted seller support, which usually goes nowhere. I’m tired of this. FBA didn’t used to be like this.

Any investigation, comes back with “shipment contents counted and confirmed” because they counted 21/21 and then a few days later, sent one to Little Rock which will show up in a few weeks.
When it is not like that, then we get to submit docs and request reimbursement.

I’ve been noticing this issue as well. I’ve shipping full case packed products and the FC count comes up short. I cannot open an investigation because Amazon already completed one. I know how many units are in the boxes because I personally packed them. Just another way for Amazon to take advantage of powerless sellers.

I got the same reply - they counted 10 units in a master box that is sized to just fit 9 - impossible to fit 10.

Just today I sold something I haven’t had in stock for months,
It was originally short when shipped to fba and 3
Months later it pops in, and to top it off I had it a the old price , now they are selling for 18 instead of 12, but whatever
Last month I had 8 items scanned in a box, the box measures 18x18x20 weighs almost 30 pounds and only fits 4
Would had been flagged with 2 violations if I had sent 8 instead of 4. Weird

Yeah I have two shipments with same status and I just started Amazon. I have 4 more that are still delivered status. Hopefull they fix this, I havent even get to experience to sell..
