I understand you are getting an error message. I have never seen that one before - "Oops, our vines are all tangled. We've been notified of the failure, but please try again."

I need to check with you to ensure you are eligible. Do you meet the following four requirements?

  • Be a Professional Selling Partner
  • Have a brand registered in Amazon Brand Registry
  • Be identified as the brand owner
  • Have eligible FBA offers
