Hi @Venice,

I understand you are getting an error message. I have never seen that one before - "Oops, our vines are all tangled. We've been notified of the failure, but please try again."

I need to check with you to ensure you are eligible. Do you meet the following four requirements?

Be a Professional Selling Partner
Have a brand registered in Amazon Brand Registry
Be identified as the brand owner
Have eligible FBA offers
