What happened in Amazon FC RDU4? The first shipment sent to RDU4 has been in "checked in" for 3 weeks and the investigation date was delayed twice so there is no available inventory now. The second shipment sent to RDU4 was delivered on July 18 but has not been checked in yet. You couldn't even scan the boxes sent to this horrible warehouse 7 days after the delivery. What happened here or what happened to FBA system?

Any help?

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.

That said, if you can please send me your shipment IDs and case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into those shipments to make sure everything's on the right track!
