Product pricing calculation tax related
Hi,
We have this seller business account. We are starting listing products on Amazon USA marketplace. but we are not sure wether we should add some or any tax in the price calculation or not? Right now what we understand is we should add our margin/profit in the price + any possible shipping charges + amazon Referral Fees amount while calculatin and setting a price of a product.
The question is should we consider and add any Tax/VAT/GST or any form of tax while calculating price? We are not sure if we have the right to do it. Plz take a look into our account and suggest us.
Thanks.

U.S. buyers when buying on the U.S. site, (the regular dot com site) are charged (or not charged) sales tax based on their location. This tax is assessed and collected by Amazon and paid to the various states by Amazon.
Third party sellers no longer have anything to do with collecting sales tax for Amazon sales (or other marketplaces). It is handled through the Marketplace Facilitator program.
The tax appears to pass through the hands of the third party seller -- but that is just bookkeeping magic.
