Amazon seller account deactivation for identity verification from AU

My account has been deactivated for identity verification, despite my having submitted all the required documents. However, I have yet to receive any response, even after three days. This delay is causing significant distress, as the deactivation has led to the suspension of my accounts on seven platforms, including those in the United States. Consequently, all my sales and inventory payments have been put on hold.
I would sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. The prolonged response time from the Amazon Performance Team in Australia is deeply concerning, as it threatens to undo years of hard work.

I have exactly the same issue. Even the UK health team agrees with me, but Australia doesn't make any effort to solve such an issue. It feels like there is no other option than to start a lawsuit, since banning accounts that do not violate their TOS is illegal.
Or did you get the issue resolved?
