FBA inventory reimbursement
Hi All, one of my product which I shipped to the fc got lost so I opened several cases got the reimbursement but the reimbursement amount never appeared on my balance tab for which I again opened several cases and one of the support agent told me this "You can confirm the reimbursement by filtering the Transaction Type to "Other" and searching for the "FBA Inventory Reimbursement"
so I followed and found the amount but it never appeared on my balance tab why is that? TIA

Check fullfilment/payments/reimbursements.
Sometimes the reimbursement is not cash, but adding a product to your inventory.
