DFW6 Warehouse received the shipment, why didn't they receive it in the third week?

On July 1, my carrier delivered the shipment to the DFW6 warehouse and the shipment page shows that the shipment has been received at the DFW6 warehouse, but as of July 16, this shipment has still not been registered and signed for and Amazon customer service has been keeping us on hold without resolving any issues.

DFW6 did not take delivery of my delivered shipment for up to three weeks, and Amazon kept me waiting without any willingness to assist.
